Aktivierte Partielle Thromboplastinzeit (aPTT)
Die aPTT Reagenzien von Technoclone haben durch ihre Zusammensetzung von Aktivatoren und Phospholipiden unterschiedliche Sensitivitäten für Heparin, Lupus und Faktoren
Die aPTT wird verwendet:
· als Screening Test bei erblichem und erworbenen Faktorenmangel des endogenen Gerinnungssystems
· zur Kontrolle der Heparin Therapie
· zur Unterstützung des Nachweises von Lupus Antikoagulanz
· zur Unterstützung einer Diagnose von Inhibitoren gegen die Faktoren VIII, IX und XI
Die aPTT wird als Zeit bis zur Bildung eines Fibrin- Clots gemessen und wird in Sekunden ausgedrückt. Zur Kontrolle von Antikoagulantien wird das Ergebnis oft als Vielfaches der Normalzeit angegeben.
