Factor VIII def. plasma, immunodepl. [CE]

Factor VIII immunodepleted deficient plasma is a lyophilized human plasma with a coagulation activity < 1% of factor VIII.
All other coagulation factors are in the normal range.

 

Factor VIII def. plasma, native [CE]

Factor VIII native deficient plasma is a native, lyophilized human hemophilia. A plasma with a coagulation activity < 1% of factor VIII. All other coagulation factors are in the normal range and no factor VIII inhibitors are present.

 
 

TECHNOCHROM^® F VIII:C [CE]

Reagent kit for the determination of coagulation factor VIII activity in plasma and factor VIII concentrates by measuring factor Xa generation with a chromogenic substrate. The kit shows an excellent correlation with one and two stage Factor VIII assays and a linear calibration curve between 0 and 130%. It contains all components, is insensitive to heparin up to 10 IU/ml and is suitable for plasma and concentrates. Application sheets for analyzers are available on request.
