A modified Clauss Fibrinogen Reagent Kit with a high thrombin concentration to make the test virtually insensitive to heparin (10 I.U./mL) and enhance clot detection. The kit gives excellent reproducibility (CV:<5%) and a batch specific table is provided to convert clotting times to fibrinogen in mg/dL.
