Dapttin® TC [CE]
A double activated aPTT reagent with sulfatides and silica as surface activators, together with an optimal mixture of highly purified phospholipids. The double activation of the contact phase provides high sensitivity to heparin over the complete therapeutic range, lupus sensitivity, sensitivity for clotting factor defects and a short incubation time. The reagent is optically clear and suitable for both optical and conventional coagulometers.
