t-PA Combi Actibind® ELISA Kit
A high sensitive complete sandwich ELISA for the combined quantitative determination of concentration and activity of t-PA (antigen and activity) in human plasma. The tissue Plasminogen Activator (t-PA) Actibind® ELISA Kit is based on a catching antibody which does not interfere with t-PA functional activity. Following the binding of t-PA contained in the sample by this antibody, t-PA functional activity is determined using plasminogen, cyanogen bromide fragments of fibrinogen, and a plasmin substrate. After measuring the functional activity, this determination system is washed away and bound t-PA antigen is detected using a peroxidase-labeled monoclonal anti t-PA antibody which recognizes both free t-PA and t-PA inhibitor complexes.
