AK-Calibrant [CE]

AK-Calibrant is a calibration set containing 4 calibration plasmas for PT standardization. One normal plasma and 3 native warfarin plasmas (PIVKA) for INR calibration.

• For determination of INR reference curves and direct INR determination.
• Determination of the laboratory specific ISI-values and MNPT.
• Generation of reference curves in percentage of norm. The INR values of the anticoagulanted plasmas are assigned externally by 200 laboratories.

Coagulation Control AK [CE]

Control plasma for use as an accuracy control for oral anticoagulant therapy monitoring. The plasma is prepared from donors who had been on long-term anticoagulant therapy and therefore contains PIVKA proteins. The plasma is externally calibrated for most thromboplastins.

TECHNOVIEW LMW Calibrator Kit is a set of 2 calibrators (CAL 1 at 0 IU/mL and CAL 5 at ~ 1.6 IU/mL) of low molecular weight heparin for the use in chromogenic heparin assays.
Heparin is the most frequently used antithrombotic therapeutic drug. The biological activity of this sulfated glycosaminoglycan resides in its ability to accelerate (up to 2000-fold) the inhibitory effect of antithrombin (AT) on the coagulation proteases.

Control plasma for the quality control of heparin measurements. They are intended for the assessment of precision and accuracy.
The Low, Medium and High Levels of Control Plasma of Low Molecular Weight (LMW) Heparin are containing different levels of LMW Heparin.
